Laboratory of Parasitic Diseases (LDP)

LDP comprises a group of laboratories located on the São Paulo and Pirassununga campuses, where teaching, research, and extension activities are conducted.

LDP’s lines of research are the study of infectious and parasitic agents of medical and veterinary importance, with a focus on zoonosis and public health.

It collaborates with several different national and international teaching and research institutions, supporting several students from graduate to postgraduate studies, within a wide variety of research projects.
