Food Hygiene Laboratory
The Food Inspection and Hygiene Laboratories are run under the responsibility of Prof. Evelise O. Telles and Prof. Simone de C. Balian. Evelise O. Telles and Simone de C. Balian, food and water analysis for research purposes, as well as providing services, training courses and technical guidance.
She carries out research in ‘Food Hygiene and Safety’ and ‘Food Quality Control and Management’, covering legislation, human resources, health education, organizational and food safety culture, quality management tools and experimental studies in health safety.
